LP 3000 – 200kN

Medium size benchtop hydraulic laboratory press

The LP 200kN press is a medium sized benchtop hydraulic laboratory press for high performance curing and preparation of rubber samples. Capable of producing up to 200kN of compression force, this model is designed in accordance with ISO, ASTM, DIN, GB and other international standards for temperature uniformity, parallelism and safety.

LP 3000 – 400kN

MonTech rubber lab press series, including the LP 400 kN, features the high performance components for 27/7 curing and preparation of rubber samples. The LP 600kN is a high-capacity hydraulic laboratory press for high performance curing and preparation of rubber samples. Capable of producing up to 600kN of compression force, this model is designed in accordance with ISO, ASTM, DIN, GB and other international standards for temperature uniformity, parallelism and safety.

With a total of 4 heated plates and height-adjustable press table.

The LP 3000 1000kN is a high-capacity floor standing hydraulic laboratory press for high performance curing and preparation of rubber samples. Capable of producing up to 1000kN of compression force, this model is designed in accordance with ISO, ASTM, DIN, GB and other international standards for temperature uniformity, parallelism and safety. 196 x 196 mm to 596 x 596 mm and maximum press forces of 20 to 150 tons (200 to 1500kN) a matching system is available for almost any application and capacity requirement.

The 1500 kN rubber laboratory press is designed to accommodate larger molds and lighter scale production. Featuring the best insulation, platen parallelism, heat stability and data collection software, the 1500kN press is compliant to the strictest laboratory press standards making it the top-tier press for R&D.
