The units - based on Memmert UF series - are adapted by MonTech with specific adjustments and calibrations to meet the specific requirements for the rubber industry as per ISO 188, ASTM D 573 and other applicable standard.

Oil- and Waterbaths for immersion ageing

Oil- and waterbaths are unparalleled in terms of precision, safety and comfort and perfectly suited for professional heat and immersion ageing of natural or synthetic rubber, silicones and other elastomers. The units - based on Memmert ONE series - are adapted by MonTech with specific adjustments, fixtures, sample holders and calibrations to meet the specific requirements for the rubber industry.

MonTech Ageing Testing Series

Our series of elastomer ageing instruments are the new standard for measuring compression differences or challenges.

MonTechs full line of ageing equipment feature controlled environments for reliable sample ageing at controlled conditions assuring repeatable test results. Products include air ageing and tempering ovens, ageing in substances as well as specialized ageing treatments. Aged sample can then be assess and used for further testing to assure rubber compound and application conformity.
