The production facilities of MonTech in Germany and in the US are not affected. Our production facilities continue to operate and interruption are not affected. At the same time, we are taking appropriate steps to ensure the safety of our employees. We consider our current stock levels to be sufficient for the coming weeks and months, further more our supply chain partners remain largely unaffected as of this moment. Regular production and delivery times remain despite we are currently facing a increased workload for machinery and systems especially for the medical industry.

We are committed to delivering on your requirements for our products. As MonTech is a family owned and financially very healthy company, we are able to withstand such a crisis and continue to serve our clients needs in the manner and with the highest quality we are known for. We ask you, our customers and valued partners, to contact us proactively to discuss your higher or lower than usual demand for our products or any operational stresses your business may be facing.

Providing that the availability of raw materials does not significantly change, borders remain open, and the transportation of freight continues, our supply chain is and will remain intact. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and will of course keep you informed of further developments.

All our global operations remain open and our service teams fully available at on- and offsite locations to enable us to remain available to you, our customers. Some travel restrictions will apply to help ensure the wellbeing of our employees and the wider community. Our 24/7 remote support service team is available as usual and has been staffed with additional people for increased demand of online support.
